Ever since I separated from the Army, I have been wanting to find a way to give back to the community. Being someone who loves the outdoors, I started to establish outdoor activities that I could link up with buddies and experience nature together. As I continued to create these events I realized the importance of staying connected to my brothers, not only for their sake, but for mine as well. I learned of GallantFew in 2015, and saw them as an organization focused on creating such a network. I started volunteering with The Darby Project in early 2016, and found that my connection with the Ranger community helped me understand their frame of mind. It has been my goal since to create an environment where like-minded people can link up and do positive things together in their own communities. As Rangers we are taught to set the example for others to follow, and I am proud to call myself a Ranger, and I am GallantFew!!
