Let me say up front that I am a non-combat veteran. I served in the 1st Ranger Battalion in the mid ’70s. I trained with the very best of one of the most elite units in the world. I thank my God that I never had to endure what some of our veterans have had to endure in their unselfish service to us. I also have a little survivors remorse and a strong calling to give back to the community that has kept me and all of us a free people.
I needed to give back to this community of great veterans, so I did my research and found GallantFew to be a legitimate supporter of those men and women in transition back to civilian life. My family started with some small financial support. Please give if you can. We now support a weekly local veterans meeting and support group that I and a young Marine started. Volunteer to be an advocate in your community. Gallant Few is the real deal, and I am happy to be included.
I like this quote from Karl. “Together we’ll make the GallantFew to become the gallant many.”
And that’s why I am GallantFew.
