John Dill

I am a veteran of 2nd Ranger Battalion. Like many of our Nation’s veterans, I vastly under estimated the transitioning process of re-assimilating to the civilian world. I was lucky enough to stumble through the transition and found a lot of help along the way, but I have seen many of my brothers and fellow veterans not come out so lucky. I now own and operate CrossFit Sua Sponte in North Carolina. Each year we run our “To The Lost” Memorial Day Hero Challenge in honor of those who sacrificed all, and we have chosen GallantFew as the official recipient of all event proceeds. We chose GallantFew because of programs like The Darby Project that have shown the ability to make a real impact in helping our Rangers effectively re-enter civilian life and not only survive but thrive and truly show the world all they still have to offer!
